Planning: Casting Callout Prep

In order to appeal to actors to feature in my music video, I must create a casting callout sheet. I have chosen to create this in a poster format, that can be transferred from a PDF format, to a printed poster. This will allow me to contact a wider variety of actors from various sources.

Information that I will include in the poster:

• Dates of auditions 
• Location of the auditions 
• Requirements for various parts; height, age, gender and acting experience.
• Time of audition 
• Preparation information (reading scripts etc.)

All of this information will be provided to the prospectus actors prior the casting days. I will not specify ethnic origin for any of the parts as I believe this is an insignificant detail for all parts. In addition, I will not specify any preference in gender for the background characters as I would like to include a variety of both males and females to present the realism of a 21st century secondary school.
