Location: Chenderit School in room 34
Preliminary schedule:
1:15 Ensure actors and location are ready for filming
1:20 Set up camera, tripod and check that camera is in working order. Run through shots with actor.
1:30 Begin filming in the corridor using tripod on wheels (dolly tripod)
1:50 Run through shots in classroom with actor
1:55 Film shots in the classroom
2:30 Have a break from filming and look over shots to check if any more need to be filmed
2:40 Resume filming any additional shots
3:10 Collect all equipment and ensure location is left how if was found
Transport: Both myself and actors should already be in location - bus services will run the actors to and from the location at 8.30am and 3.30pm.
Health and Safety:
All members of the set have to wear appropriate clothing that fits well and will not make them too hot or cold (especially with the contribution of heat from lights).
At least one phone on set that is fully charged in the instance where medical assistance is required.
Lights to be kept at a safe distance from actors and crew members to prevent burns from hot bulbs.
Authorised personnel only allowed on the set which will be monitored by crew members - ensuring the safety of all actors, crew and those entering set.
Production Requirements:
Catering: lunch will be available nearby
Toilets: nearby
Transport: will be arranged
Medical: not required.
Communication: via mobile phone (email, text and calls)
